Sissy lives at Twice Sold
Tales, a bookstore in the Capital Hill area of Seattle. She lives with 5 other
cats, including Nesbit, Buster,
Nevada, Honey,
Marco, and Vivace
. She has the special distinction of being the only kitty of the five
to have been born at the store. That was around 1994 or so. Every time I've
been there she has been way high up. She can be mean, too. So you can pet
her, but watch her for signals, and don't push her.
Note: Sissy is now living at her own home with one of the
employees of the store. She has calmed down tremendously and actually purrs
fairly often. She is much happier being an only cat. (June 2000)
