Nevada lives in the Capital
Hill area of Seattle in a bookstore called Twice Sold Tales. She has five
other felines around to keep her company: Nesbit,
Sissy, Buster,
Honey, Marco,
and Vivace, but she pretty much keeps
to herself. Nevada has been there longer than any of the other kitties. She
was born about 1992. She likes to eat the dry leaves of plants and appreciates
a good "butt-whappie" session every once in awhile, but only from
her most favorite people. (see the middle picture below.) She won't play or
interact with the other cats, and she is almost always found in her basket.
Note: Nevada is now living at home with one of her many admirers.
Store life was just a bit much for her, and she is happier now. (June 2000)
