Pawls lives at the Shadwell
Fire Station in London, England. She came to the fire station when she was
a year old in 2000, after being rescued by the firemen there. She had somehow
gotten in the wall behind a cupboard of a nearby apartment. She didn't belong
to anyone, so they took her back to the station. She liked it so much she
stayed. She's very well behaved. Pawls likes to be carried upstairs from the
watchroom where it's hot to the cooler offices upstairs. She prefers not to
catch mice. She would rather lounge around the kitchen, laundry room, or office,
or better yet, sleep in the commander's hat.
