Breeze
Cannon Beach, Oregon
Breeze was found in the middle
of 1997. She was a "ditched" mama with tiny kittens, although only
one was found. Breeze was only about 6 months old herself. The shop kept her
and her kitten Eddy. When we saw them, they were out
on a bench behind the shop, dozing in the sun. They would groom each other,
lay across each other, and occaisonally, mom would bat her daughter on the
head. Sometimes a dog would walk by and they would both come to attention
and stare it down. (Eddy a little more avid about it, because Breeze is much
more laid back than her daughter.)
