Tipsy works at Fox Ridge Discount Liquors in Memphis, Tennessee. She started at the shop in January of 2004 at the age of almost one year. She was found by the owner's daughter and needed a good home. The owner is a cat-lover and "all-around good guy"so Tipsy has come to live with them.
