Autumn
Mount Vernon, Washington

"Autumn came to Mountain View Veterinary Clinic in October 1996 as a stray kitten. She was found injured by the fan belt of a car. She had facial lacerations and the tip of her tail had been cut off. We fixed her up and socialized her as much as possible, but she is still very shy with strangers. Most of our clients have never met her because she spends the majority of her time in the back, keeping an eye on the hospitalized patients. Although she tends to hide behind her shyness, she is very sweet and loving with those of us privileged enough to have gained her trust." Story and pictures sent in by Don Johnson of Mount Vernon, Washington.
