Bill works at City Peoples in Seattle, Washington with his sister Hillary.  They were found near election time, 1992 and were named after the new president and his wife.  Bill is very laid-back, and loves sleeping on anything soft in the store; mostly chairs and pillows.  He used to climb up onto the top of the dressing room and get up to the girders in the top of the store and walk around.  He hasn't done that for awhile.  The clerks think it's because he's been breaking into too many cat food bags lately, and has gotten a bit tubby.  He loves being petted by the customers, and will work up a good purr for you.
