Jackson works at the Bondi
Beach Bed & Breakfast in Sydney, Australia. He has been here since he
was a kitten in 1987. He is a very friendly kitty and loves attention. Mostly
he stays upstairs in the owners' living quarters with his friend Oscar.
He is not supposed to be downstairs, but he sneaks down when he can. He must
not disappoint his fans after all! Jackson loves backrubs and doesn't mind
being picked up. One day when we were there Jackson snuck downstairs and sat
on my lap during breakfast. He sat and purred while I ate. It was a very nice
way to spend breakfast. Another interesting thing about Jackson is his breed.
He is a Spotted Mist cat. It's a breed developed in Australia consisting mostly
of Burmese, and adding a little Abyssinian and Domestic Shorthair.
